Far beneath the majesty and splendour of the Paris Opera House, hides the Phantom in a shadowy existence. Shamed by his physical appearance and feared by all, the love he holds for his beautiful protégée Christine Daaé is so strong that even her heart cannot resist. His obsession with his ‘angel of music’ unleashes a diabolical tale of drama, destruction and death – and a unique theatrical experience. Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber’s mesmerising score along with jaw-dropping scenery and breathtaking special effects, magically combine to bring this tragic love story to life each night.Miranda Musical Society is excited to announce the Sydney amateur premiere of this legendary and record breaking operatic extravaganza which features “Think of Me”, “Angel of Music”, “Music of the Night”, “All I Ask of You”, “Masquerade” and “The Phantom of the Opera”.

CAST

The auditions will be held on the following dates:

Dance Audition: Saturday 6th April 2-4pm for all those auditioning for Christine, Meg and the dance ensemble.
Vocal Auditions: Wednesday 10th April from 8:30pm and Sunday 14th April from 11am.
